Email and Postal Marketing

  • We may send you marketing information IF you ask us to by post or by email as you specify:
    • brochures and course details;
    • newsletters and bulletins.
  • We only send marketing emails to people who have opted into our lists. Where relevant we operate a confirmed opt-in (double opt-in) system to ensure you are not subscribed by someone else without your knowledge.
  • An exception to this is if you tick the box on a booking, membership or contact form. This is a deliberate action on your part: there is no default value to accidentally miss and the submitted details accompanying the registration are clearly yours.
  • You can ask to be added to either our postal or email list by phone or by sending in one of our forms by post.
  • For further details on UK opt-in and unsolicited email regulations:
    • Government Statutory Instrument 2003 No. 2426
      The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
      This covers a wide range of communications law.
  • In all cases you can ask to be removed from either or both of the postal and email lists at any time and by any method you consider appropriate.
  • You can re-subscribe to any of our services at any time through one of our web forms, by email, by phone or fax, or by post.
